Job Description

 

Reporting directly to senior account managers
Attract and interview new personnel to join brand ambassador teams
Co-ordination and booking of staff – nationwide
Development, implementation and logistical coordination of promotional campaigns
Sourcing of uniforms and supplies
Report generation – written & photographic
Development and management of personnel liaison at all points and stages of campaigns
Ensure day to day running of campaigns
Work along side team on all campaigns from initial concept, pitch process, implementation,
management, post campaign analysis, feedback and reporting
On site management of both large and medium scale events and activations

 

Desired Skills & Experience
 

 

3rd level degree/ Accredited 3rd level cert/ diploma in Marketing
Knowledge of and passion for experiential marketing campaigns and events
Proven ability to work as a team player within a fast paced and challenging environment
Proficient in Microsoft Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint
Excellent people skills
At least one years experience in an office environment
Full driving licence required
Good report/proposal writing skills & command of English
Excellent communication skills
Highly organised & efficient
Pro-active & motivated
A logistical thinker & problem solver
Punctual
Possess a very keen attention for detail

Job Description

Reporting directly to the Managing Director you will work alongside the Grooveyard team on a range of corporate events from initial proposal stage through the concept development process, the sales and pitching process, the planning, implementation and live event delivery and the post event analysis, feedback and reporting for each event.

Specifically, this role involves  planning and logistics for, and on-site management of, large and medium scale corporate events, conferences, award ceremonies, galas and company wide entertainment events.

You will be directly responsible for the management of client relationships, procurement and contracting of all third-party suppliers, managing the budget for the event, maintaining project timelines, tracking spend and ensuring value for money for all clients.

Working as a corporate events manager at Grooveyard, you will be comfortable working independently and making rapid decisions to ensure all of our clients’ needs are met, no matter the deadline.

Our clients are nationwide and this job will require travel to client meetings, site visits and events.
