WHAT WE DID
Grooveyard built and designed a customised virtual event platform where attendees could log on via the Virtual Event platform to engage and discover information regarding the event and the to view the live stream.
The Virtual Event was an evening event which was led and hosted by Richard Curran assisted by Alison Campbell Director of KTI Office.
The event consisted of a pre-recorded video from An Tanáiste Leo Varadkar and then Richard Curran Introduced the Awards which consisted of 4 categories; Commercialisation Impact Award, Industry Engagement Impact Award, COVID-19 Response and People’s Choice Award.
As part of the show, winners appeared live on air to chat with our host Richard Curran after the winners were announced.
Grooveyard provided a voting system for attendees to vote for their winner of the People’s Choice Award. Information about the entrants was available on the platform with a simple click action available to cast your vote live. The winners information was shared with host Richard Curran to be announced live during the event.
Grooveyard provided full event management and production of a high end virtual event including securing a suitable event platform to ensure a seamless experience and facilitation of interaction between participants while providing exceptional customer service throughout and delivery on a detailed running order.
