To deliver a creative concept for an unforgettable corporate event experience to celebrate 20 years in Ireland, one which would unite employees nationwide and incorporate SAP cultures and values.

what we did
Having sourced a suitable venue to house all 2,500 potential invitees, Grooveyard designed and developed a one-of-a-kind, VIP match day experience to unite all Nationwide SAP employees. ‘SAP UNITED’ event was a festival style, sports themed celebration deliberately planned to engage a wide-ranging demographic.
Following a memorable pitch-side All-Hands company meeting, The Sports Banter Stage in the Atrium stage provided opportunities for employees to listen to their heroes speak about the highlights of their sporting careers as Paddy McKenna interviewed players Jason McAteer, John Muldoon and Luke Fitzgerald. Music was provided by a DJ percussionist, there was a comedy stage, an interactive games area, a circus area. Both sexes could freshen up in the Ladies Pamper Area & Gentlemen’s Grooming Area.
Later that evening the after- dark entertainment included live music from a variety of top headline Irish acts, even an exclusive performance from singer-songwriter and chart-topper Gavin James.

This event won “Best Corporate Event” at the Event Industry awards.
Grooveyard provided a full end to end solution for this milestone corporate event. Together with the client, we brought a truly dynamic event to life, one that was infused with SAP culture throughout. We delivered a flawless live experience and managed to obtain 80% employee engagement.
