THE ROLE

Due to continued expansion, Grooveyard Event Management are now looking for an Account Executive to join their existing team. Reporting to the Event Director and Creative Director the successful candidate will work alongside the Grooveyard team on a range of events from initial proposal stage through the concept development process, the planning, implementation and live event delivery and the post event analysis.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Reporting directly to a Senior Account Manager
  • Coordination and booking of staff nationwide
  • Development, implementation and logistical coordination of promotional campaigns
  • Sourcing of uniforms, materials and supplies
  • Supplier liaison and event planning support
  • Report generation written & photographic
  • Ensure day to day running of campaigns
  • Work along side team on all campaigns from initial concept, pitch process, implementation, management, post campaign analysis, feedback and reporting
  • On site management of both large and medium scale events and activations

 

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 3rd level degree/ Accredited 3rd level cert/ diploma in Marketing
  • Knowledge of and passion for experiential marketing campaigns and events
  • Proven ability to work as a team player within a fast paced and challenging environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint
  • Excellent people skills
  • At least one years experience in an office environment
  • Full driving licence required
  • Good report/proposal writing skills & command of English

Reporting to the Account Director and creative director the successful candidate will work alongside the Grooveyard team on a range of events from initial proposal stage through the concept development process, the planning, implementation and live event delivery and the post event analysis.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Planning and logistics for large and medium-scale brand events, conferences, awards and virtual events
  • On-site management of brand events, conferences, awards and virtual events
  • Direct responsibility for the production management of all third-party suppliers
  • Maintaining project timelines
  • Tracking spend and ensuring value for money for all clients
  • Working independently and taking complete ownership of all projects from end to end and making rapid decisions to ensure all of the clients’ needs are met, no matter the deadline

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Good knowledge of production, build schedules and experience in a similar type role for 4 years plus
  • Passion for events and a determination to get the job done to a high standard
  • Proven ability to work as a senior member of the Grooveyard team, demonstrating your capability to be responsible for end-to-end management of appointed clients
  • Demonstrated experience in the delivery and management of live events
  • High level of event experience Impeccable attention to detail

The successful candidate will work alongside the Grooveyard team on a range of events from initial proposal stage through the concept development process, the pitching process, the planning, implementation and live event delivery and the post event analysis, feedback and reporting for each event.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Planning and logistics for, and on-site management of, large and medium scale brand events, conferences, awards and virtual events.
  • Directly responsible for the management of client relationships, procurement and contracting of all third-party suppliers
  • Accountable for managing the budget for the event, maintaining project timelines, tracking spends and ensuring value for money for all clients
  • Responsible for working independently, taking complete ownership of all projects from end to end and making rapid decisions to ensure all of our clients’ needs are met, no matter the deadline
  • Managing your team which will consist of an Account Manager and Account Executive who you will work closely with across all projects

 

REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate will work alongside the Senior Event Manager on a range of events. The successful candidate will be involved with the planning, implementation and live event delivery and the post event analysis, feedback and reporting for each event.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Development, implementation and logistical coordination of live and digital marketing campaigns Management of suppliers
  • Report generation – written & photographic
  • Development and management of personnel liaison at all points and stages of campaigns
  • Ensure day to day running of campaigns
  • Work along with side team on all campaigns from initial concept, pitch process, implementation, management, post-campaign analysis, feedback and reporting
  • On-site/ off site or virtual setting management of both large and medium scale events and activations
