WHAT WE DID

Grooveyard developed the concept of THEBIG50 Carnival for McCannFitzgerald’s special celebrations, complete with bespoke festival tickets and festival programme for all guests. A vintage airstream cocktail bar greeted the guests on arrival, complete with trained mixologists serving up delicious custom refreshments, as guests watched world class stilt and fire performers light up the grounds of RHK. Inside, the venue was transformed from a blank canvas into an indoor carnival wonderland, with a variety of food stalls offering a ‘Cuisines of the World’ food fayre, traditional carnival games and a host of roaming performers. Later in the evening the guests moved from the venue’s Great Hall for the ‘After Dark’ party in The Baroque Chapel with some of Ireland’s top cover bands and a high profile DJ.
