Grooveyard was appointed as the lead agency to devise and run the Coca-Cola HBC Ireland and Northern Ireland Company Conference and event celebration event.

Coca-Cola HBC wanted to move away from the traditional Conference format and present their vision for 2023. Grooveyard led took a dynamic and modern approach to the traditional conference format, with attendees moving between plenary sessions and interactive breakout sessions situated around the venue.

Grooveyard devised the ‘Coca-Cola momentum Conference’ concept to present the new vision for the Company’s future.
Grooveyard designed the Coca-Cola momentum Conference to incorporate a mixture of keynote sessions and more dynamic, interactive breakout sessions situated around the venue. Grooveyard also provided all design and branding services, including conference teaser videos, event branding, slide designs and conference materials.
For the evening part of the event, GY turned the venue around into a spectacular evening celebration consisting of brand activations & bars, live headline entertainment and a wide selection of street food.

Gathering for the first time in 3 years, the event was attended by over 500 employees and guests of Coca-Cola HBC Ireland and Northern Ireland.
The Coca-Cola momentum Conference successfully showcased the company’s vision for the future, exceeding attendee expectations with seamless delivery, a new and innovative format and an evening celebration event to remember.
