what we did
Grooveyard worked very closely with the client to ensure the delivery of a distinctive event which would leave a lasting impression on its attendees.
Over months of planning, Grooveyard’s creative team worked on a host of different themes and interactive ideas, so that the client could pick and choose the right fit and bring their unique vision to life. Grooveyard’s team closely supervised the delivery, installation and de-rig of the bespoke AV package and furniture, the interactive engagement pieces and all of the entertainers. Grooveyard negotiated reduced rates and arranged bespoke menus with the venue on behalf of the client.
