The European Parliament Liaison Office in Ireland provides information on the European Parliament’s role and powers, on the Irish MEPs and their activities and on any issues currently being considered by Parliament, which are of significance for Ireland and for Europe as a whole. Grooveyard worked with European Parliament to organise and manage their Webinar Series.

WHAT WE DID
Grooveyard hosted a number of webinars, utilising and designing a platform suited to the audience. The platform for the European Parliament Webinar series included engagement features such Q&A and chat functionality so attendees could engage throughout the events along with customisable branding, attendee registration and pre and post event communications.
This webinar series consisted of pre-recorded videos, live streams from international guest speakers and panel discussions. Frances Fitzgerald, MEP, Paschal Donohoe, Minister for Finance, Sean Berrigan, European Commission Director General in DG FISMA and Mary Butler, Minister of State with responsibility for Mental Health and Older People among many others.
Grooveyard provided full event management and production of a high end virtual event including securing a suitable event platform to ensure a seamless experience and facilitation of interaction between participants while providing exceptional customer service throughout and delivery on a detailed running order.
