To host the Youth As Researchers (YAR) Global Knowledge-Sharing Meeting ‘Addressing the impact of COVID-19 on Youth’. Involving youth researchers, technical advisers, and diplomats over three days.
Consisting of:
Presentation of key research findings.
Regional sessions to discuss research findings for the specific regions.
Thematic research sessions.
Networking sessions that encourage information sharing between Youth Researchers and Technical Advisers.

Grooveyard managed and delivered on all aspects of the global UNESCO Youth as Researchers (YAR) on COVID-19 Knowledge Sharing Meeting.
Working with the UNESCO team in Bangkok, USA, and UNESCO headquarters in Paris.
This 3 day live event was 100% virtual and involved 25 live sessions with a custom-built platform available in both English and French.
The bespoke platform also featured engagement elements including chat functionality and poll functions so attendees could respond in real-time for the panelists to discuss throughout the sessions.
