what we did
The IRFU contract Grooveyard annually to manage both the Six Nations and Guinness Autumn Series
and any significant event in the IRFU calendar.
We are the Sports Event Management agency who
manage all event-related activity for the IRFU. We develop interactive zones, specialist pre-match
entertainment and enhance the supporters experience around live rugby matches.
Services include the installation of stages for live music, booking and management of headline acts,
bespoke performers, signage and branding throughout the venue, full health & safety plans for all
installations and removals of temporary structures at any Major Rugby match.
Grooveyard also manage the full end-to-end production of pyrotechnics, flame jets, POS material and
are responsible for nearly 130 hand-picked, trained brand ambassadors at all International Rugby
Matches. Grooveyard also provides EMP and Entertainment schedules for radio and TV broadcasters.

Grooveyard have been awarded the Sports Event Management contract on a yearly rolling basis
since 2012 and plan to raise the level of fan engagement experience every year
