Grooveyard worked with the Global SAP Labs teams to create a fun, engaging and exciting end of year virtual event to bring the labs teams, along with their families together across 29 countries.

Grooveyard was required to design, manage and deliver the SAP Labs Virtual Holiday Party with entertainment and engagement for a 4 hour period suited to all age groups, cultures and interests.

The key objective of the virtual event was for it to be an engaging, fun and memorable experience for all attendees and offer the same value to attendees as a live event.

Grooveyard built and designed The SAP Labs Holiday Party, a custom virtual event platform where attendees could log in and view content both live and on demand across 4 different event stages broadcasted and mixed  through a bespoke studio in Dublin.

A star studded agenda was created with over 25 different acts and performers keeping guests entertained throughout the event with all performances and content available for guests to enjoy after the event.

The 4 interactive stages included the Main Stage, Lifestyle Stage, Smile Stage and the Family Stage and performances featured some top entertainers including Gavin James, Johnny Logan presenting a talent competition,  Keith Barry, Mr Motivator and a discussion panel including olympian Eddie the Eagle amongst  many more.  

Grooveyard provided full event management and production management of a high end virtual event including securing and developing a 3D Model event platform to ensure a seamless experience and facilitation of bespoke engagement between participants.
