 To mark 10 years in business, Cairn, one of Ireland’s leading homebuilders, wanted to host a company anniversary event to celebrate this significant milestone with the people who have been instrumental in their success—their employees and valued supplier partners.

Reaching a 10-year milestone is a significant achievement for any organisation, and for Cairn it was an opportunity to celebrate the people and partnerships that have been at the heart of its success.
The event was designed to recognise and thank employees and suppliers for their commitment, dedication, and collaboration over the past decade, while reflecting on the company’s remarkable journey and looking ahead to the future. More than just a celebration, the evening reinforced Cairn brand values, strengthened relationships with key stakeholders, and created a shared experience that recognised the collective contribution behind the company’s continued growth.
The goal was to deliver an event that embodied the quality, innovation, and ambition of the Cairn brand—creating a memorable occasion that celebrated a decade of success in true style.

what we did
From concept to completion, Grooveyard managed every aspect of Cairn’s 10-year company anniversary event, delivering a fully bespoke experience that reflected the company’s brand, values, and milestone achievement.
Over several months of planning, we designed and produced the entire event, including the full room transformation, gala dinner experience, entertainment programme, production, lighting, and event logistics.
Guests arrived through a striking LED entrance tunnel before enjoying a drinks reception and being guided to their personalised place settings for the gala dinner. The venue was transformed with a bespoke entrance feature, a custom-designed stage focal point, branded elements throughout the room, and unique table décor and centrepieces that reflected the Cairn identity.
Inspired by the foundations of homebuilding, the event theme incorporated a mix of natural textures and materials reminiscent of earth, stone, and brick. Above, a creative ceiling installation featuring floating spheres and a kinetic centrepiece brought the room together, adding depth, movement, and visual impact.
Atmospheric lighting enhanced every stage of the evening, creating a warm and immersive environment that evolved throughout the event. The entertainment programme was carefully curated, beginning with a surprise Celtic performance that celebrated Ireland’s rich heritage before transitioning into a series of live bands that kept guests entertained and dancing well into the night.
Every element was thoughtfully designed to create a memorable celebration, resulting in a showstopping event that truly reflected the scale and significance of Cairn’s 10-year milestone.
