Grooveyard worked hard to provide the client with a balanced itinerary with guest speakers, awards presentations, poster displays, and technology demonstrations. We worked closely with the client to ensure that the itinerary included all of their required sessions.

Based on the specific brief, WE served as the on-the-ground conference management agency for Johnson & Johnson, taking care of the project from start to finish from initial venue sourcing, contracting, and liaising, through to managing AV, furniture hire, stage build, catering, stage management, and staffing.
