Requirement to host a WOW event including food, drink, live music, and entertainment and complete theming of the venue space.

Due to the postponement of the DLA Christmas party, the DLA Pary of All Parties, was a way to mark all occasions and celebrations missed during covid restrictions.

Grooveyard delivered full end-to-end event and communication solutions to meet all DLA requirements including hosting a celebration event in The Marker Hotel, Dublin. The theme of the event was the Party of all Parties and full venue theming was carried out and the room displayed decor of Christmas, St Patrick’s Day, Easter, Halloween, Birthday’s and any celebrations and occasions you can think of.
The celebration included a drinks reception, a four- course meal, prize winning activities, live music and a special surprise performance from a brass band.

Grooveyard succeeded in delivering a conference that met NESC’s objective.
There was a large online presence established for this event, through the hashtag #NESC50. This has been used across a variety of events that Grooveyard have worked with NESC on this year, with NESC@50 Conference being the pinnacle project to mark 50 years of NESC.
Reach and reactions on X – 188 likes across the day, 49 reposts as well as being tweeted by Leo Varadkar’s official account.
At one point #NESC50 was in the top 5 trending in Ireland. NESC’s online analyst recorded that they reached number 4
