Grooveyard worked hard to provide the client with a unique and balanced itinerary of both business meetings and incentive activities.
We worked closely with the client to ensure that the 2-day itinerary included all of their required sessions while providing options for social and networking opportunities.
Based on the specific brief, the 2-day itinerary was put together to include a welcome barbeque, a morning business meeting, an afternoon excursion to a local brewery or choice of a round of golf, and an evening gala dinner. Grooveyard served as the on-the-ground agency for SES, taking care of their VIP guests from the moment they arrived to Dublin Airport. Grooveyard arranged executive transfer services from Dublin to Wicklow. Every venue throughout the trip was thoughtfully selected to showcase Ireland to the clients. Each menu was carefully curated, and all performers for the gala dinner were hand-selected to highlight Irish music and dance.
